Is there any park which is open all year

I saw some reviews on TripAdvisor some people put reviews in September and October is there any park which is open all year

Sun Island Scenic Area, Ice and Snow World and Zhaolin Park are the popular places during ice festival in winter. During summer, you can go to Sun Island Scenic Area to watch indoor ice sculpture exhibition.
