I am getting this error trying to schedule appointment online.
the maximum number of people of making appointment at one time is 0. please make change

What can I do

Frank, I guess maybe the date you chose are fully booked. You can select another date and see if it is still the case. If yes, please call the embassy to see what to do.

Thank you Gary. I get this error message immediately after I enter contact information, application ID and enter save after the captcha code. Never get to the point where can choose a date. I called consulate in Almaty and they said that it is filled up 5 weeks out and i should keep trying everyday during business hours as they will release slots a few at a time. Very frustrating bottleneck. Maybe i should employ a travel agency to make appointment for me to ensure i can get a future slot?
