About:Tiger Hill

Appointment form error

I'm trying to fill appointment form and got that error every time, it pop up after pressing "save and continue". It said:"The maximum number of people making appointment at one time is 0. Please make change."
Any ideas what to do?

I am trying to apply for my auntie and got same error. I heard it means the appointments are fully booked. I dont know how to make it for my auntie. Disappointed with the website of Chinese embassy

I called the visa office. The lady who answered my call says that it is because the appointments are fully booked for the next ~ 10 days. The only thing I can do is to keep trying. The website has been non-responsive so far. No idea what to do next. Very frustrated,

I have the same error message since a few days and cannot make an appointment(From USA). Even I called them more than 100 times and no one answered the phone. What kind of Embassy is that?

Having the same issue now. If anyone has manage to make one, let us know? I am considering taking a short trip to DC to turn in my visa application, but I am concerned about not having an appointment. Also, I don't plan on going in less than 10 days, what does that mean for us? Can we just go and wait a little longer without an appointment?

You will not be allowed into the visa office without an appointment. When I was there this week, security had to be very adamant to one man that he was not allowed inside without an appointment and he had to leave the building.

We were having the same issue… trying for 2 days , finally did it at 6:30 am !!
Maybe trying late or early helps … good luck.
And yes you can keep adding up to 6 people in the same appt request.

I was told the new time slots are released around mid-night each day, around 12AM. However I have not tested this theory yet.

thank you for explaining a possible reason, because this service is not mentioning about it.
First I thought to go to the visa office myself, but as others realized they wouldn`t let you in without the appointment.
I am going to keep trying online. Fingers crossed.

It is a horrible system, it seems this error occurs when it's fully booked so you need to keep trying - at the same time we find another captcha error when trying to verify after a few attempts

If you have your form of the visa, you can go to the chinese embassy directly, without the appointment request. (In Mexico) We called the embassy, they said no need to have an appointment. From 9:00 to 12:00 M-F.

I am an Indian applied from Abidjan - Ivory Coast , also getting the same 0 message. I am thinking of going to the embassy tomorrow to check whether they could permit me in. Otherwise I will have to find a Chinese friend to help me getting into the Embassy.
