15 hrs layover in Shanghai - address in China still needed?

Hello,
I am travelling via Shanghai from London to Manila. Landing at 8.30am and departing at 11pm the same day. I am planning to apply for a 144 hrs waiver online, but the system is asking for an address in China. Can I put just ‘Shanghai’ and, say, ‘Huangpu’ which I believe is the Old Town district?
Please advise :)
Thank you

You will not qualify for 144 hours transit without visa because your transit is less than 24 hours. You will only be granted 24 hours visa-free transit. You don't need to provide an address. Be aware that it is not guaranteed that you will be granted the temporary entry permit to enter China and you may be forced to stay in the airport; it's up to the discretion of the immigration officers on the day.
