About:Yangzhou Street Scene

Is this a serious violation?

6months tourist visa...but im required to leave china and reenter every 30days. now it is alrdy 2.5months because of miscommunication with travel agent. what should i do? your help is very very much appreciated.

So you have already overstayed for about 35 days? It's not very serious but you have to do something as soon as possible. Please go to the nearby police station to report your situation, pay the fine, and ask for an exit visa.
