About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Stayed Shanghai 3 months with F visa, going to Hongkong, than i have a flight from shanghai to Italy

Hongkong - Shanghai - Rome, i am Italian and before Hongkong i just spent in China 3 months. May i apply for a 144 hours visa?

You don't need to apply for any kind of visa.

HK - Shanghai - Rome is fine for the 24/144h twov (it depends how long your transit is time in Shanghai).
