CHINA WORK VISA REQUIREMENTS

Hello,
I've finally managed to get a job in China, but I have got only 19 months of experience after my graduation.
will I be able to get a work visa??!
My employer said they will take me on a business visa and get it converted, will this work out ??! Is this is even possible and is it legal to go in a business visa and get it converted to work permit ??!

Dyan, it's possible to get a work visa. And it's possible to first get a business visa, then enter China and get it converted to a work visa.
