About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Is it possible to take a train from Hangzhou to Wuhan while having the 144 hour visa?

I am staying 2 days in Hangzhou and I would like to take the train to Wuhan as Wuhan also allows the 144 hour visa. Is it possible to take the train there?

No you must stay within the transit zone you arrived in. You cant go between transit areas. You will need a tourist visa to go to Wuhan.
