Do malaysian have to apply visa when transit at Wuhan Airport for 18 hrs?

Yes, unfortunately they do because recent practice by Chinese immigration authorities strongly indicates that Malaysian citizens are not eligible for 24 hour visa free transit at the time being. You will have to apply for a Chinese transit (G) visa in advance.0
