About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Still confused about visa requirement for our visit to Beijing.

Hello, we're are US citizens who will be flying into BJ's Capital Airport from Tokyo and then flying back to Tokyo from the same airport after a 76 hour visit to BJ. Will we fall under the 144 visa free transit rules? Or will we nee to obtain visas before our trip? Thank you.

If your flight route is Japan-Beijing-Japan, then you are not eligible for 144 hour visa free transit and need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
