About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Can a spouse with M visa get a family visa while in China?

Hellow am a student here in china holding a student visa with a residence of one year and my husband is also here, but he has an M visa so is it possible for him to get a family visa through my permit while he is here in china?
