I am from malaysia & my fiance is from china. If we register our marrige in malaysia & do we need to register our marriage in China as well? As a malaysia citizen what kind of document do i need to apply in order for me to stay in china after married.

If you register your marriage in Malaysia, you don't need and you can't register it in China. After you get married, you can apply for a Q visa in order to stay in China.
