About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Application Time

I'm wondering if anyone knows approximately how long it takes to get the 144 hour visa at PVG. I plan to catch a train to Nanjing and wonder how much time I should give myself.

It can take 20 min., it can take 2 hours.

It depends how much international flights arrive at the same time, how many people wanna use the TWOV, how much staff is on duty etc.....

As there's every 5 minute a train to Nanjing, I would buy the ticket at the train station to be safe.
