How to apply for Q visa ?

Hello I’m Ann , we’re planning to do our wedding in China by April next year. Me and my fiancé want to go back in China by February to do the preparation of our wedding , but we’re not sure if I can stay from February to April if I’m using a tourist visa because it’s only valid for 15 days. So I want to know how to apply for q visa and how long can I stay.. please help me . Thank you

As your tourist visa is only valid for 15 days, you cannot stay from February to April. Also, you cannot get a Q visa unless you get married with a Chinese citizen.

If i will get a married license here in Philippines and authenticate by Chinese embassy I’m qualified to apply for q visa ?
