About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible from Hong Kong -> Shanghai -> Macau?

I want to go back to Hong Kong, but since that is obviously not allowed, I can take a flight from Shanghai to Macau and then a ferry back to Hong Kong?

Of course you can if your citizenship belongs to a group of 53 eligible countries.

Your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but keep in mind that your flights have to be nonstop.
