2019 bad year for me earth pig

Question

Are my fortunes going to change and this run of bad luck over the last few years start getting better for 2020-2021 and onwards? Born 4th April 1959 and this year has been the worst of my life , I need to know will life get easier or is there still worse to come ..Thank you
