Hie there!
Does a work visa permit you to go visit other countries? during your stay in China, I would like to visit the USA during the school holiday. I start in February2020 (teaching english) when the schools open, so would like to visit other countries when school close.

Grace, after you enter China with work visa, you can get a temporary residence permit within the first 30 days. Then you are allowed to travel out and reenter China during the validity of this residence permit.
