Taxi from pudong airport after 21:00?

How hard is it to get a late night (21:00 or so) taxi from Pudong airport to the Bund? How to book in advance?

It is so easy to take taxi even after midnight so you don't need to worry about it at all. You can book in advance by DiDi but I guess it is hard for foreigners.
