About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

One word name

Hi.. My name in the passport only 1 word without any family name or surename included. What should I fill in the Last Name & Middle Name? Is it by typing N/A will be enough?

Yes, you can simply type N/A.
