Post a package from jinan to Germany

Hi I need to post a parcel of about 10 kgs to Germany (Bremen) from jinan, Shandong. I have a few questions regarding this matter. 1.How much will it cost up to?
2. How much time will it take to reach?
3. Do I need to pay the tax when it reaches Germany or do I need to pay it here?

1. The fare is CNY 2,500 to CNY2,700.
2. Generally speaking, it will take 30 to 45 days.
3. No, you don't need to pay the tax.
