About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two stops in China, do I qualify for Visa-Free Transit?

Hello,
I'll be transiting through China on my way to Myanmar. I have an italian Passport. My schedule is:
Frankfurt --> Changdu --> Beijing --> Yangon. In total I'll be staying less than 24h in China. Do I qualify for a Visa-Free Transit?
There is a lot of conflicting information on the internet about this specific case (two stops) and the Chinese consulate was also not able to answer my question.
Thank you very much.

Calling a consulates or airlines customer service (support) is just losing of your time and your nerves.

To conclude... If your entire transit time through China, from your scheduled landing in Chengdu, until your scheduled departure from Beijing is less than 24 hours, you are perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit any you can take it for granted.

You will print out your tickets and bring those printouts with you. Also, you will declare at check-in in Frankfurt that you are traveling to Yangon via China using 24 hour visa free transit. After a short check, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Upon your arrival in Chengdu, you will apply for a temporary entry permit at 24 hour visa free transit counter to be allowed to continue your journey because your next segment will be on a domestic route. Please, just inform yourself at check-in in Frankfurt whether your luggage is tagged all the way to Yangon.
