From Beijing airport enter China and depart from Guangzhou airport

I am going to Moscows from Sydney. I want to stay in Guangzhou 3 days before flight back to Sydney. But when I return to China . I have to enter Beijing airport to transit the plane to Guangzhou. Can I have the free visa.
