About:Guangzhou Metro

Guangzhou Metro fare

Hi, do senior citizen above 70 yrs old and kids aged 4,8 & 10 need to pay for metro rides? (Tourists)
If the kids need to pay, are they qualified for student fares?

People above 65 years old can enjoy the free tickets.
Children under 1.2 meters are free of charge; between 1.2 to 1.5 meters can buy children ticket; above 1.5 meters need to buy the adult ticket.

However, the above discount policy only adapt for Guangzhou citizens.
