Proof of renewing for M visas

Hi, about the proof if about reasons for extending or renewing China visa, for M visas would this be a letter from the company I'm working with? Do you know if there is a particular format to write a letter that must be followed?

Yes, the proof for extending or renewing a China visa within China should be a letter from the company you are working with. Maybe the a copy of the company's business registration certificate is also required. The letter does not have a particular format I think, but it should cover your information, the company's information, and the information about your business visit in China.
