About:Xian Public Transportation Card

Buy Xian Public Transportation card cost CNY18

can this CNY18 use to deduct bus fare or metro fare, or CNY18 is the cost for the card, can't use to deduct any fares ?

CNY18 is just the deposit of card so you need to top up the extra money to pay bus or metro fare.
