About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Lost my card

I've lost the Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card and applied for a replacement which will take about three months. In the meantime, how do I travel both internally in China ie stay at hotels, take trains, fly etc and how do I leave / return to China without the physical card?

If you have a pick up slip for the new Permanent Residence Card from the police, you may use it to travel around.
