zambian from south africa direct to china

Question

I am from Zambia I am a visitor here in South Africa, I need to travel direct from here to china. Can I apply a visa here or I should go back to Zambia and apply there or I should apply here and go from here? To China?

According to the requirement, applicants other than South Africans must provide the original and photocopy of your permanent residence permit or other temporary residence permits valid for over 6 months beyond the date of your intended date of arriving in China. If you don't have such a document, you have to go back to Zambia and apply there.
