About:

Train arrives as 8:11 at Guilin North Railway Station. Is it possible to get to the wharf on time?

I can't find info about shuttle buses from north Station to the wharf, and it is not clear when the boat will depart (because of weather conditions).

Do you refer to Zhujiang Wharf? In order to save time, you are suggested to take a taxi. It takes around 40 mins on the way.
