Visa application

I just want to ask,i have a transit visa before and now i want to apply for a tourist visa to visit my chinese friend, which documents i need to submit? Is it new applicant or renew?

You need to get a new visa. The application documents include your passport, application form, photo, previous visa to China, and your round-trip flight tickets and hotel bookings.
