About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Hii, I am Spanish, I am now in Seoul, I would like to know if I can go to Shanghai like for 6 days.
Incheon- Shanghai
Shanghai-Incheon

Actually, you can use this itinerary, but you have to obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance. Simply speaking, you are not eligible for any kind of visa free transit scheme because this is not a transit, but a round trip. To be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, you need an eligible itinerary, but such an itinerary requires a third country. For example, something like this:

Seoul - Shanghai - Osaka - Seoul

The above itinerary is eligible for 144 hour visa free transit and if you use it, you are allowed to stay in Shanghai area without a visa.
