This particular detail depends entirely on the type of your flight ticket. If you are traveling on a single (through) ticket provided by one airline, you have the greatest chances that your luggage is booked through to your final destination. Of course, even in the case of a single (through) ticket, there might be exceptions and you will know this detail at your check-in in the country from where you will depart toward China.

In case of separate tickets, it is logical that you will have to collect your luggage and perform a recheck.
