About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Am I elegible for a 72 hour visa?

Hello, Italian citizen, I'm flying to Hangzhou the 13th November and the the next day I will fly to Vietnam. Can I be eligible for the transit 72 hour visa? Ive already the booked tickets. What I've to do exactly when I leave the plane, where I be to ask? Cathay pacific didn't help me in any way about this. Thanks in advance

Since you mention Cathay Pacific additional information will be needed to advise correctly.
Its important to know all cities you will land in even if its just for refuel.
Country immediately before and after Hangzhou are what is looked at

Hong Kong > Hangzhou > Vietnam doesn't require a visa for up to 144 hours
Hong Kong > Hangzhou > Hong Kong > Vietnam needs a visa.
