About:China Family Reunion Visa

Hi my wife is permanent residence of Canada can we apply for a Q2 (no q1) visa for our son and me?

We have Grandparents there we don't want them the invitation under her name but just under my wife name is that possible?

If your wife has a residence in China, it's possible.
