About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

work permit applying related queries

I got 2 years work permit for the current employer. now, its about to expire.
i am gonna apply for the work visa for the same employer.

My questions:
1. Do i have to submit the No criminal record certificate again ?
2. Can you provide me the new policy link( introduced in this August,2019)
3. Do i have to submit the work experience letter ? should i submit a work experience letter proof from the current employer as well ?

4. i still have 62 days to go for the expiration.
shall i act now or in the mid of november would be fine ?

1. Yes, you need to submit the No Criminal Record again.
2. Sorry, it's not allowed to post a link here.
3. As for whether you need the work experience letter, please ask the employer who will apply for the new work permit for you.
4. You can ask the employer to apply for a work permit for you now and then renew your residence permit about 10 working days before your current residence permit expires.

3.well,employer is not familiar with the Application process. Usually,I gather information's and help them to process the application.

4. I have changed my passport.so,I think I have to apply for the work permit from the scratch. In this case I cants apply for work permit extension.
