About:Shenzhen Safari Park

I am staying at Shenzhen Westin hotel , how long and how much it costs to go to zoo.

Are the giant pandas still there ? Can one see them at night ?

You can take bus No.66 from Window of the World station to Zoo station. It takes 45 minutes with CNY2. You can see pandas in there while the zoo opens from 9:30 to 18:00 all year round. So you can't go there at night.
