About:China Visa

can they still apply for a visa?

I have a friend coming to visit from England. But we are traveling through China to Thailand. So they'll only have a 1 way ticket, can they still apply for a visa?

They can apply for a tourist visa using the ticket from England to China and the ticket from China to Thailand.
