how can i solve a problem on working visa?

Hello. I am 31years old ,Italian. I have almost 7 years of working experience but I will graduate only end of November of 2019. I found a job in Beijing but the company understood I can not get working visa because I have no experience after graduation. How can I do?? All my working experience are full time and well paid also. Thank you!

If you can get a proof from your previous employers stating that you have worked for them, it might be fine.

Yes I have all. But from the visa office in Beijing they  told the company it is not possible. Is it enough the reference letter indicating the full time job,salary and job position? Is there an office can help me in Beijing to get working visa?
