About:China Visa Fees

I'm applying a VISA for myself and my 19 year old son. But he can't come to consulate.

I'm applying for a CHINA VISA for myself and my 19 year old son. Tourist VISA. But he can't come to consulate. Can I apply for his VISA on his behalf? I will bring his signed application FORM V 2013, fees, passport, photos, itinerary and hotel printout. Anything else I'm missing? He is college student. I am going to the Consulate in SF. Thank you for your time.

Yes, you can apply on his behalf. As far as I see, the documents you mentioned are enough for the application, except you also need to provide the round-trip flight tickets.
