About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

Qing Feng Steamed Stuffed Bun Shop at Beijing Capital Airport

We have a 5 hour layover in T3 and would like to check out this shop in T2. Is the Food Street of Departure Hall on B1 located inside the terminal gates? And is Qing Feng shop at the airport still in business?
