About:China Business Visa

do i need a 'trade license' in my name for M visa?

i am going to apply for M visa for the first time. A chinese company is willing to give me an invitation letter. does the chinese company need to send the invitation letter in my name or do i need to have my own company and/or my own 'trade license' and they can only send an invitation letter to my company's name? in either way, do i need a trade license?
n.b.- i will go to china mainly for investigation and signing a contract with them

You should provide the "Verification Letter of Invitation" together with an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China, or "Invitation Letter(TE)"(printout or photocopy). These invitation letters can be processed by the Chinese inviter.

The invitation letter should be in your name. The trace licenses of both parties are not required.

thanks. understood that part. the second question in my mind is that, do i need to provide my bank solvency? if yes, can i show someone else's bank solvency as a sponsor?
n.b.: 1. the chinese company will bear all the expenses of my travel, hotel fees, food etc. and they will also provide me return air ticket.
2. i will apply for 6 months business visa. i have studied in china for two years. but this is my first time applying for business visa
