About:China Work Visa

Have a tourist visa, need work visa

My son has a category L (Tourist) visa from china, but he now needs a work visa. What is required to bring to get his work visa? And where do we go?

To get his work visa, you need to submit his passport, the filled-out application form attached with photo, and a work permit from China. You should go to the Chinese embassy or consulate which is in charge of your residence area.
