About:China Private Visit Visa

Can the father of my kids come stay under S1 visa

My partner and I have 2 kids together. I need them to come stay with me in China on a S1 visa. However we are married under customarily law dowry has been paid (South africa) there is no marriage certificate.

Can anything else be used to prove our union? Can he get the S1 visa?

You can ask the local authority in your hometown to issue you some kind of proof. Hope it works.
