About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Hello

Is it possible to do a visa submission from a Russian Citizen travelling overseas. Do you need to be present in Russia to apply?

Adam, the Russian citizen has to be in Russia if he or she wants to apply for China visa in Russia.
