Sri Lankan citizen visits to Macau

I'm planning to spend 3 days of vacation in macau.how can I apply for a visa?

You should apply for it at the Chinese embassy in Sri Lanka by providing your passport, application form attached with your recent photo, round-trip tickets, hotel bookings, and travel itinerary in Macau.

Thank you for your valuable reply. Is it ok if hotel bookings and travel itinerary are booked by myself from online? (without a travel agency)
