Limit per month?

Can I use the 144h Visa twice in a month?
For example:
1st May: Taipei-Shanghai (Booking 1)
3rd May: Shanghai-Germany (Booking 2)
...
23rd May: Germany-Shanghai (Booking 2)
25th May: Shanghai-Taipei (Booking 3)

You can transit without visa as often as you want.
