Hi, I am from the UK. If I fly to Thailand then Shanghai for 5 days then the UK.

Does that also qualify for the 144 transit? I am asking as all the example I have seen is Home country to SH then Elsewhere Ie. Hong Kong. Just double checking I could do the other way.
