Multiple confirmed tickets, and internal ticket between Shanghai and Hangzhou

Hi, we are planning to travel from Dubai to Osaka (Japan) on one ticket, then we booked a second ticket which is Osaka to Shanghai, then leaving China from Shanghai to seoul. Our third ticket is from seoul to Dubai. Are we eligible to travel to China under the 144hr visa free transit. And lastly can we take A DOMESTIC FLIGHT under the 144 hr visa rule from Shanghai to Hangzhou of Zhejiang FOR ONE DAY.
