About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai and Shenzhen transit on Spanish passport

Hi I have a question.

I am flying from Spain to New Zealand stopping in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

In Shanghai I have an 8 hour layover and I need to change airports from pudong to hongqiao. Then I fly to Shenzhen from Hongqiao. In Shenzhen I need to claim my bag and check-in again, without leaving the airport. After a 4 hours layover in Shenzhen, I fly to Auckland.

Total time in China under 15 hours. Does the 24 hour visa exemption apply? Will it be a problem to do a domestic flight?

Thank you!
