About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My fiancee (business partner) and I plan on visiting Shanghai for three days (November 13 to 17)

traveling from SIN/SHA and departing SHA/DFW on the 17th. We will briefly be in SIN on October 24th. can we apply for our visas on October 24th and pick them up when back in SIN on Nov 11th? Both are US passport holders. Thank you

Dear, I think your qualify for the 144h visa-free transit scheme in Shanghai as your route is Sin-SHA-DFW and both of you are US passport holders. You don't need to apply for a visa actually.
