Traveling with prescription Narcotics

We will be travelling through Shanghai from Canada to Singapore in a few weeks, and wanted to take advantage of the 144 transit Visa on the way back as we have a 19 hour layover. My wife is disabled, and has to take prescription narcotics, including Fentanyl and hydromorphone (Dilaudid). Will we have issues at immigration? We will be travelling with doctor's note, her medication list from the pharmacy and the prescriptions. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Yes, generally speaking, it will be ok for you to bring the medicines with doctor's prescription.
